Where we ship
We ship to the United States. Delivery is typically via standard tracked service (for example, USPS or equivalent). Transit time after shipment is usually 7–12 business days, depending on origin and carrier conditions.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment clears (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, please allow a little extra time.
Shipping rates (US)
Rates are calculated on your order subtotal at checkout:
- Orders $0.00 – $49.99: $4.99 Standard shipping
- Orders $50.00 and above: Free shipping
Example: one Discovery Set at $32 ships for $4.99. Two sets ($64) qualify for free shipping.
Note: Discount codes (for example CALM10) may lower the subtotal used for shipping thresholds. The final shipping amount is always confirmed at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking if provided by the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Damaged in transit
If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@calmlumina.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
