30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, burnt or used incense sticks cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@calmlumina.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return label (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
